EXHIBIT SPACE
Booths are 8' x 10' and include drapes, power, a 6' skirted table and 2 chairs; other services and rental items are available through Showtime Event and Display. Booths must be set up by Friday, March 7th at 12:00pm and remain intact until Sunday, March 9th at 4:00pm and all booth contents must be removed by Sunday, March 9th at 7:00pm.

Sunday, March 9th, 10:30am to 4:00pm - Show Open

Four badges are available. Please print carefully the names you want on the badges. This must be completed to allow for preparation of passes for you and your staff. A specific name must be entered for each badge.

I agree to pay the BC Cowboy Heritage Society (BCCHS) for space at the rate as indicated and abide by the rules of this show as set out by the BCCHS.
