April 11 to 13 - the 11th Annual Columbia River Cowboy Gathering & Western Music Festival
At the Benton County Fairgrounds in Kennewick, WA. Including the Cowboy Idol contest. Contestants will be competing for trophies along with $500.00 for first place and $200.00 for second place in both the poetry and music competition. Headliner shows featuring Nashville legends, TG Sheppard and Rex Allen Jr. will take place at 6:00 pm each evening. The featured performers include: Nevada Slim & Cimarron Sue; Sam DeLeeuw; Zac Grooms and the band "Brewers Grade;" Bodie Dominguez; Susie Knight; Little Joe and Coyote Joe; Rod Erickson; and Les & Nancy Brockus. April 20th - BC Cowboy Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony
This year's BC Cowboy Hall of Fame Inductees Read More and their families are invited to a reception in the Museum of the Cariboo Chilcotion before the official induction ceremony at the Williams Lake Indoor Rodeo. See: www.cowboy-museum.com

June 16th - BC 4-H Classic Golf Tournament Fundraiser
BC 4-H is running the first BC 4-H Classic Golf Tournament Fundraiser at Spallumcheen Golf and Country Club, Vernon, BC. We are bringing BC agriculture organizations, suppliers and producers, together to support the next generation. All proceeds go towards BC 4-H youth development programming. Enjoy 18 holes of Texas Scramble golf, cart, dinner and chances to win $5000 cash & a Gator RSX850i Sport! $200 per player (a tax receipt for $100 will be issued). Look forward to prizes for all and a live auction with a PNE package, a ski package for Silver Star, a signed Canucks jersey, an Okanagan wine tour and more! December TBA, 2014 - The Cowboy Christmas Concert in Kamloops
At the Calvary Community Church - 6:00 pm FREE photos with Santa (your camera or ours). Please bring a donation for the Kamloops Food Bank. 7:00 pm concert start. Adults $20 per person and kids 16 and under free with an adult. The first half will be concert style sets by the entertainers and after the intermission it'll be an audience driven sing-along! February 14th, 2015 (tentative) - The 100 Mile House Cowboy Concert

January 22th to 31st, 2015 - The 31st National Cowboy Poetry Gathering
The National Cowboy Poetry Gathering is a week-long celebration of life in the rural West, featuring the contemporary and traditional arts of western ranching culture.
